About the Promotion

Coffee Republik has partnered with Airlink and Optimum African Experience on a promotion aimed at promoting African travel. 

Promotion Dates

Date for promotion launch is 17th of April 2023 and ends on the 31st of July 2023. The promotion is set to run for three (3) months (until 31st July). There will be weekly giveaways during the course of the promotion in the form of branded material, coffee and coffee related products.

How to enter

The promotion is open to Airlink and Coffee Republik customers. Airlink customers will be given promotional material with QR codes to scan for entry into the competition. Coffee Republik customers will get entry into the competition when they visit any of their branches. A 10% discount will be extended to Airlink customers should they visit any Coffee Republik branch within 48 hours of flying Airlink.

Draw

The draw announcing the grand prize winner will be held at the Coffee Republik branch with most entries and will be broadcasted live on social media.

Optimum African Experience

Optimum African experience is an African owned, American company dedicated to promoting intra-Africa travel and global travel to Africa. They do not do flights, which makes them a non-conflicting partner to Airlink. They are currently operating from New York, Johannesburg, Dubai, Kigali and Harare.

Optimum African Experience is giving away accommodation and tours for the grand prize winners of the promotion

Terms and Conditions

1. Competition begins on the 17th of April 2023 and ends on the 31st of July 2023.
2. All participants must be holders of valid travel documents.
3. Participants must be 18 years and older.
4. The prices and gifts are not redeemable for money, and are non-transferable and non- refundable.
5. The winners shall use the specified service providers.
6. Coffee Republik and Airlink reserve the right to make changes of dates and conditions, granted it’s within a reasonable timeframe.
7. All Coffee Republik employees and associated companies (promotion partners, companies and prize providers) and their immediate family members are excluded from entering and winning the competition.
8. Third party terms and conditions apply to parts of prize where applicable i.e., Accommodation providers and all partners involved.
9. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions and any other specific rules which relate to the promotion.
